1. Course Cancellation by You

- Cancellation within 7 days of purchase:
You are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. - Cancellation after 7 days or after 10% course access:
No refund will be issued, but you may still have full access to the course material for the duration of your enrollment period.
2. Refund Process
If eligible, your refund will be:
- Processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Credited back to your original method of payment.
Please note that any payment gateway charges, taxes, or third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
3. Course Cancellation by Melinia Academy
In rare cases where Melinia Academy has to cancel or discontinue a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Enrolled users will receive a full refund, or
- May choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
4. No Refunds Will Be Provided For:
- Digital downloads, certificates, or completed courses.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.
- Promotional or discounted course purchases, unless otherwise stated.
